• Blood Bullet: Buffed to 120%
• Energy Parasite: Buffed to 25% max
  • Lvl 1 - 11
  • Lvl 2 - 13
  • Lvl 3 - 15
  • Lvl 4 - 17
  • Lvl 5 - 19
  • Lvl 6 - 21
  • Lvl 7 - 22
  • Lvl 8 - 23
  • Lvl 9 - 24
  • Lvl 10 - 25
• Assimilation: Changed to 70% damage from 80%
• Ice Shield: Damage reduction reduced to 25% from 45%
• Critical health reduced to 35% from 40%, impacting skills such as Wolf's Fury, Captain's Charge, Hawk Guardian, and Lifeline
